One of Island Horse Council’s goals is to provide Athlete, Coach, and Officials Development programs to all members regardless of discipline. Providing funding opportunities to assist IHC members to attend athlete development activities locally as well as out of province, is one part of these programs. The past couple years have proven difficult to run programs as initially hoped, but IHC is pleased to have the following Athlete Development Assistance Grants available to members at this time.
